$500 rental includes a SPECIAL DISCOUNT that could only apply to ladies who commit helping me with cooking and cleaning. Otherwise, the regular rental for this room is $900. The room on the picture is temporarily rented out. But there is another larger room with a sizable walk-in closet available [that would be shared with me for $700 (or $300 if discounted), and there is another ad for that in this website]. Plus another same size but shinier room on the first floor that would become available soon, if someone shows interest (for $1000 or $600 if discounted). DESCRIPITION OF THE SHARED ROOM (the picture): Spacious private furnished room in a large 4 level house, upper level in the luxury area of Burk Mountain. Close to transit, 10 mins to the Skytrain. Corner store 2 minutes away. Very safe, quiet, green area with nice/supportive people, and walking trails and parks. Includes PureFibre Gigabit Internet and utilities. Includes shared kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom (shared between two), a large closet at the entrance and one inside, large backyard, and a big shack. There are a living room and a family room as well. Dishwasher, glass top stove, various air fryers, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space available that could be shared.

Enclosed garage with automatic gate available at $150 extra as of the posted date. Minimum six (6) month contract.

Terms & conditions re privacy of everyone, cleanliness, etc. shall be communicated. Household responsibilities are shared. Must be covid vaccinated. Rent for month 1st and 6th has to be paid in advance. In case the owner needs you to move earlier (only for his own plans) then the rent of month 6 will be returned. I am a single male engineer living with my mature son. My son lives in the basement and I live in the 2nd floor. I am very clean and like one who is the same. No drug, guest, and pet allowed. You cannot smoke in the house or exposed to our neighbors. We respect our neighbors a lot and I don’t want they feel anything annoying them, so you shall be respectful and considerate of neighbors and other occupants. I might also need a guarantor who would sign the contract.
