Bedroom comes furnished. There is a small gym and lounge room, bike room, steps to the Go train and UP Express which will have you downtown in 14 minutes and access to the humber river trail. Internet and utilities included. There is a park next door with a pool, soccer field, baseball diamond, basketball court, skate park and splash pad if that’s your thing.
