The unit has a good sized laundry room, ample storage, a great sized open concept living/dining area & a beautiful balcony overlooking the Thames River & Budweiser Gardens. The bedroom available is a good size with floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful sunsets & the Thames river. It has a double door closet and is located right next to your own full bathroom with a tub. The building offers a fitness centre, golf simulator, and stunning party rooms & outdoor terraces. Utilities & Internet are included in the price. The bedroom is unfurnished (negotiable) but the common areas will be mostly furnished. There is no parking included but many lots close by with monthly rates & no pets allowed, as I have a cat that does not like other animals (but she’s the absolute sweetest to humans!)
