Hi, I’m Ken, and I have an extra room to rent. The rent is $750 per month. The apartment is close to groceries stores, drugs stores, the mall, TTC, the subway and GO train, and restaurants. I’m clean, into fitness, nutrition, jiu-jitsu/MMA, and traveling. I’m looking for someone with similar interests, but it’s not necessary. Laundry available, no parking. Must be clean.

About the roomies

The landlords are very friendly. There is a backyard. Very quiet, and friendly neighborhood. My last roommate recently moved out because she will be moving back to Mexico.
