Quiet area east end of Collingwood near Wasaga Beach boundary line close to Georgian Bay. Small cosy older home. Use of kitchen, living room, back deck and yard. Non smoker. Close to bus route. Pet cat or goldfish welcome. Limited use of washer and dryer. Easy going, down to earth, quiet, friendly person with a good sense of humour preferred.
