Hello I am renting out 2 bedrooms in my 3 bed 2 bath home. I have the master bedroom which has an ensuite. So the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room, laundry in the house.the rent is $700 with all utilities included. I am easy going person, I like to keep things clean and build a friendship with my roomates. I do have 2 Pomeranians 1 year old, they are very friendly. I don’t mind if you paint your room the colour you want if you don’t like the current colours. There is a backyard this a propane fire pit bbq and patio. There is also a hottub and parking. There is lots of extra storage in the crawl space or pull down staircase to the attic. I am easy going chill 30 year old male. I enjoy camping, hiking, beach and river time. I go to the gym. I work Full time as a manager a linen company. The other roomie is 25 year old female that work for full time and lives an active lifestyle. We like to have roomie dinners and we are good friends.
