It is Three bedroom main floor apartment. With shared backyard with basement tenants. Renting out the master bedroom, bedroom has large closet with organizational shelving inside. It is shared kitchen, washroom. Bathroom and kitchen are both large with lots of storage. Laundry in unit. Large covered deck. Fenced yard. Fire pit. Dishwasher in kitchen. I have video walk through of the unit. Reach out and I’m happy to share them. Not looking for a party roomie. Landlord rules no smoking inside. But we have a giant deck you could smoke on. The third room has had many uses over the last few years, currently set up as a guest bedroom. There is a shed for storage as well. Walking distance to the grocery store, dollarama, pharmacy, the bar, timmies, restaurants. Close to the college. Running trail at the end of the street. I pay gas, hydro and the water. You would pay the internet.

It’s just me in the house. I have two dogs, must be okay with dogs. I have a dog walker for them when I’m at work. No other dogs or cats are allowed. I work full-time as a kitchen manager. I don’t party but will have wine after work. I spend most my free time hiking, going to the gym. Jogging with the dogs. I might have a puzzle set up in the spare room or you can find me binging Netflix and reading. I have all the streaming services on the main tv. I’m just looking for someone that we can get along. Have a good home environment. I think I’m pretty laid back. And would rather someone tell me if there is issues so it can be fixed. Feel free to ask me anything.
