On the top floor of an apartment building, very spacious with lots of storage space and a big balcony! Completely furnished kitchen and living room, all available for use! Streaming services to share, all inclusive. Walking distance (across the street) from bus routes 19 and 17, and also Superstore, Shoppers, fast food options, dispensary, gas station, banks and more. The apartment complex has a splash pad for use for residents as well. We’re also very close to Sifton Bog (hiking/nature trail). Laundry room on first floor with reloadable cards for use. The apartment is pretty decorated and I love adding/improving on home decoration and such; we have a bit of a witchy/spiritual vibe going on too.

Occupied by myself, Sam (26f), and my partner Tino (24m). We’re very friendly and social, love to play music all the time, cannabis friendly users as well. We’re queer-friendly and disability-friendly and love animals. We have a small black cat named Princess who’s also very social and loving, we are unsure how she gets along with other animals though. We like to have friends over, and we like to do many activities. We’re respectful and cleanly. :)

Looking for an individual (male/female/nb) to pay $700 - all inclusive for everything including internet, hydro, insurance and streaming services – the only separate cost would be laundry (reloadable laundry card). We would prefer a working or studying individual under the age of 30.
