Looking to sublet a room from September 1st, 2023, to December 31st, 2023, with the possibility of a long-term lease. This is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom and one kitchen. Everything in the living room and kitchen is for sharing. Your room will be furnished, and you will be living with me.

Price: $1,500/month. Everything is included in the rent.

The location is close to major highways, Square One, grocery stores, etc.

First and last month’s rent required.
