Seeking female housemate to share Condo in fully-furnished new build (2019) with myself (female) and a dog(Must be a dog lover).

• Minimum 2 months.
• Posted rate includes rent, utilities, internet, household expenses (toilet paper, wet wipes, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, & basic cooking spices.)
• A/C set at 21-22 degrees all year round.
• Washer/Dryer in-suite. Unlimited use.
• No TV available.
• Cleaning of shared areas included.

PRIVATE BEDROOM

• Ocean view.
• Double-bed with 4 storage drawers.
• Brand new mattress October 2023 with 2 queen size low pile pillows, 1 body pillow, mattress protector, will provide brand new set of white linens (for you to open), and grey duvet cover with 2 pillows cases.
• Double-closet with hangers, night table, floor lamp.
• Blackout blinds. Optional sheer blind available.
• Sliding door. No knob.

SHARED BATHROOM

• High-pressure handheld shower head.
• Hand-held bidet hose.
• Individual shower caddy storage.
• Individual double-door medicine/storage cabinet.
• Brand new white large and face towel provided for personal use.

SHARED KITCHEN

• Open-concept, 2 sinks.
• Individual storage cabinet.
• Individual fridge/freezer space.
• Foldable wood stools and dining table.
• Convection oven/microwave, juicer, rice/steam cooker, kettle, blender, cutlery, plates, Tupperware etc.

• Parking available for rent for additional $150

THE RULES

• Female only.
• No couples/kids, no smoking, no drugs.
• Moderate volume music allowed during the day.
• Firm quiet hours for weeknight/weekend nights.
• Impeccable kitchen dishes and bathroom etiquette expectation.
• No overnight guests allowed (rare out-of-town guests negotiable)
• Must have full-time employment on a job-site.
• Weekly self-cleaning of own private space.
• Instead of ‘damage deposit’, I’ll request a non-refundable advance on final month’s rent to secure length of term, and obligation to a full one month notice for departure.
