Location is ideal for a NAIT or Grant MacEwan student as it directly across the street from NAIT and the LRT is within walking distance. No need to pay for parking or for fuel with this location. Unit is furnished with the exception of your bedroom. Sorry no pets allowed this is a condo rule.

I am a 19 year old second year Mechanical Engineering student at NAIT. I am a serious student and study quite a lot. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, fishing, hunting, golfing or bike riding. I am looking for a fellow student to share this unit with. I am quite and looking for someone with similar needs.
