Furnished bedroom for rent in a gorgeous, centrally located furnished town home. Available November 1st. $1,750 per month (all incl. heat, hydro, water & internet)

About the house:

-room for rent is in a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 4 story town home full of amazing amenities including 2.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning, laundry, and a dishwasher.

-located on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of downtown Toronto near Jarvis and Gerrard - only a 7-minute walk to the Eaton Centre and 5 minutes to the TTC Yonge line at College Station.

-open concept main level with sunken living room that opens into the back yard, fireplace, kitchen, and dining area.

-lower level with half bath, washer & dryer. This room is my private work from home office. I would hybrid and am home 2 days per work week.

-back yard is fully enclosed with a tiki bar, patio table, outdoor living room set.

About the room:

-The room being rented is located on the second level and is 13 ft x 13 ft = 169 sq/ft. It will come with a full bed (It comes with a mattress protector and the mattress protector is washed in between roommates), a night table, a dresser, and an office desk & chair. The room has 2 large, full-sized closets.

-Also, on the second level you will have a large bathroom that is 8 ft x 10 ft = 80 sq/ft shared with 1 female only.

About me:

I am ½ British & ½ French Canadian. in my mid 40’s. My other housemate is 26 from the Netherlands and is a tech at SickKids Hospital. We are passionate about healthy eating, the environment and having fun with genuine, real, honest people. I love to cycle, travel internationally, go camping, hike, and am a documentary addict. I only provided accommodations to a mature, professional. career oriented, very clean, responsible, and self-sufficient females who hopefully has the same interests and a full time in office or hybrid work schedule. The house is vegetarian + vegan/pescatarian and would prefer to keep the house veg if possible. I like to have fun with a couple of drinks when the time is right and enjoy good company and entertaining occasionally. Being clean and respectful is a must. Looking for someone with the same lifestyle who keeps busy but is happy to chill too.

I have 2 cats and pet sit my sister’s dogs occasionally so loving animals is a must as I am frequently away and want someone who can give the pets love, care and attention when I am gone. The house is obviously pet friendly but cannot have any further animals join the household.
