Hey guys! I have a friend that is leasing out a place starting of September 1st. It’s an 8 month lease and there are two rooms available (they’re male students). One bedroom which is $1300 + internet (approx 20) has a shared bathroom with one other person. The master bedroom has a private washroom and is for $1500. All utilities are included within rent (except internet) and laundry is in the apartment. It’s a 10 minute walk to both ryerson/tmu and uoft. It’s preferable to students, especially because of an 8 month lease! If anyone is interested, feel free to message me with any questions or concerns!
