College Street

Hey guys! I’m helping quite a few people find rooms / dens. We are leasing a spacious bedroom near college park in Toronto. It’s close to ryerson/uoft. It’s all utilities included except internet which would cost around 15$ per person. There’d be four girls total living there but you’d only share a bathroom with one other girl. It is a furnished bedroom.

I also have a living space/den in the same apartment for $900. It seems like a lot but it’s a great open space. It would be a lease until April 30th 2024, so it’s ideal for students. It’s an extremely spacious apartment. Also for the den, you would have to bring your own bed (I can help you with this) If anyone is interested, please let me know and message me with any questions or concerns!
