Additional Information: Private bedroom in basement apartment. Kitchen space is fully furnished with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All you really need is your bedroom belongings as bedroom comes unfurnished. Washer in unit. Although in a basement, your bedroom gets the most sunlight as window is facing the backyard and there is a private outdoor space as well.
Please note that we are on a time crunch due to a last minute change, viewing and first and last would need to be paid by August 6th.
About the roomies
Unit is shared with myself and one other roommate. We are both in our mid 20s and work full time so we spend most of our time out of the house. We are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible and most importantly, clean! We want a roommate that can respect our alone time but would love to hangout and be friends with you as well.
