Although in a basement, your bedroom gets the most sunlight as window is facing the backyard and there is a private outdoor space as well.

Unit is shared with myself and one other roommate. We are both in our mid 20s and work full time so we spend most of our time out of the house. We are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible and most importantly, clean! We want a roommate that can respect our alone time but would love to hangout and be friends with you as well.
