The common area includes a couch, TV, dining and coffee table, balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer. The room is furnished with a bed and bench. The condo is steps away from the Bayview Village neighbourhoods, near the TTC with many grocery stores, parks, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. Condo amenities include a small gym, party room, and games room.
