Great location for an active independent person. Beach, trails, river nearby. Only 5 km from Qualicum Town center. This is a beach side cottage with many interior improvements. Transportation is required as bus service is very limited.
About the roomies
I travel often so my roommate often has the place to oneself. I enjoy a very active lifestyle in the area. Hiking, (dog walking), kayaking, sailing… property is fully fenced as I have a well behaved bernese/Aussie 3 year old dog. This is also a large treed lot so no smoking is important.
