Kitchen and bathroom downstairs on main floor which you share with landlords who only occupy the house part time. Space is great for a traveling couple, people transitioning to Vancouver, etc

My wife and I split time between between here our place on Pender Island. We are open, friendly and generally relaxed. There are two chaps who work for me living in the basement who come upstairs maybe once a day to make dinner.
