Courtney's room

Hello :) I have 2 rooms available for rent in my townhouse. The furniture in both rooms will be moved to the basement so you can put your things in there and make it your own. All bedrooms, including mine, are on the top floor with a full bathroom that we will share. There is a half bathroom on the main floor, as well as a bathroom with a small shower in the basement, so we are not limited to the one full bathroom upstairs. Storage space is available in the basement (or if you’d like to set it up as a second living room/study space/gym, you can) as well as the washer and dryer. I have a small fenced backyard for those who like to garden/be outside with some privacy. There’s an elliptical in the living room you are welcome to use as well, great during winter :) There is a bus route within 5 minutes walking distance, West Edmonton Mall is a 5 min drive away, and the Whitemud Hwy is very close to the house. Being so close to the Hwy makes it a quick and easy drive to Whyte Ave (15 mins) and Downtown (20mins). There is a YMCA gym and an Edmonton Public Library within walking distance as well (15 mins). Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dr’s offices, gas stations, Starbucks, fast food and restaurants are all within a 5 min drive or 15 min walk (there is a Circle K, other food places and a pharmacy within a 5 min walk as well). Basically everything you need is very close by!

I am a 33 year old woman, very friendly and easy to get along with, and hoping to find roommates I can feel comfortable around and maybe even hang out with :) I also have two indoor cats (whom are very sweet, cuddly and can be chatty, especially around meal time! They don’t get along with other pets though so I cannot accept other pets). I don’t really drink, I don’t smoke cigarettes and I don’t party, but I am 420 friendly. I am a homebody, so when I’m not at work I am usually at home, but I work evenings, so you’d have the house to yourself during weekday afternoons and evenings.
