**My roommate has posted the same room on here and I am helping her find my replacement :)

Unit: This is a 3 bedroom and 2-bathroom unit in an apartment building. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other female roommate. The unit also has an in-unit washer/dryer as well as ample storage space in the bathroom. There is a coat closet and another closet space in the hallway to store cleaning supplies. The unit has a balcony, but parking is not included. The building has a few coworking spaces, a gym, a theatre room, a terrace with two grills, a party room, and a shared lounge space on the top floor. It is across from The Regent Park Athletics Ground (track, soccer field, ice rink, and basketball court). Female roommate preferred. If the posting is up then the room is still available.

Move-date: August 1st, 2025

Price: $1,225.5 per month for the room, heating and AC included. Electricity, water, insurance, and internet is paid separately but can be up to $225 per month divided by 3 roommates. Furniture in the room is not included but priority will be given to those who want to buy my furniture! My furniture will be $750 (open to negotiation). This includes a double bed, mattress, desk chair, dresser, and bookshelf. Total rent for the unit is $3,995 per month.

Rental Terms: Lease takeover/lease assignment from a leaseholder. I have permission from my landlord to assign my tenancy on the same terms. Lease term is yearly and will renew in October.

Relationship to unit: Current Tenant

Rent Control: Rent increase for this unit MAY NOT be limited to the guideline increase, because this unit was not lived in before November 15, 2018

Required documents: These documents are required by the building: Completed application (will be provided), clear photo ID, letter of employment and 2 recent pay stubs, first and last month’s rent. If you are using a guarantor then they will need to provide the above information.

You will be joining 2 female roommates (Babel and Sarah) who are working professionals in their mid 20s. Babel works from home full time and Sarah works in the office twice a week. They enjoy going to the gym, cooking and going for walks together. They also love hosting friends, playing games, watching shows, travelling and discovering new restaurants and activities in the city.
