About the room
1 Bed + Bath in a 3 Bed 2 Bath unit.
The unit is the upper 2 stories of a house; you would get the bedroom on the main floor, and the main floor bathroom.
It’s a sizeable unit (around 1,300~ square feet i’d guess) with in unit laundry and AC. Your room has enough space for a double/queen + WFH set up, and is a proper room with a sizeable window and a door.
The unit is located by Coxwell and Dundas, by Leslieville/Little India. We’re within a 10 minute walk from all of the Queen/Gerrard Streetcars, coffee shops, breweries, groceries, and the beaches.
About the roomies
Myself and my brother (M24, M21) will be your roommates, and we’ll live on the upper floor of the unit. I’m an accountant and my brother is a UofT student/works. We are both really chill - I am a big cyclist, and am into coffee and cooking. My brother is a gamer, and is big into football/soccer.
Our priority is we’re looking for a good fit!
