One bedroom is available for rent in a spacious two bedroom (one bathroom) basement. My roommate/friend just got married so she’s moving out. The other room is occupied by me.
The available bedroom is private however, bathroom, living room and kitchen will be shared. This listing also includes a shared laundry area, large pantry and storage space.
Utilities and internet are NOT included in the price above. Price is approximately between $120-180 extra. Parking is also available if required.
This listing is available for one FEMALE only and I’m looking for someone who is clean and comfortable with splitting chores. If you are interested in viewing the room please send me a message with a brief self introduction.
