Shuter Street

Looking to rent out the spare room/den. I’ve been living in it over the last year but will be moving into the bigger room (will be paying more) come October 1st as my current roommate is moving back home (she’s done school). The room is able to fit a dresser, a single bed, a hanging closet (message me and I’ll send pictures of the whole unit. The room has two doors though I preferred to keep one permanently closed in order to maximize the space. It’s not a huge room but it is very reasonable for the price. FIVE MINUTE WALK FROM EATON CENTRE & QUEEN SUBWAY STATION. I basically have the place furnished other than the few things that were my roommates. I would be open to changing things around if you also have furniture as I currently want to get rid of my couch and need a tv for the common area/living room. On average I would say our hydro, wifi and tenant insurance comes to about $80-90 per person per month. If you’re interested I’m looking for someone for October 1st. I work part time at the hospital as a nurse and the other half of the time I’m at school. I need someone who will clean up after themselves and is respectful, especially if the other has work the next day etc. I don’t mind if you have guest over or overnight guest just as long as you are respectful and give me a heads up so I know there’s company etc. I will do the same 😇 We don’t have to be friends but I’m always open to that, don’t want to be complete strangers though. The images in the pink would be your room, I had a bunk bed in there as I wanted to maximize the space so I could also fit a desk etc. I can send a clearer video if you’re interested in the place!

I am a nurse and I’m currently going back to school to further my career as a nurse. I am very clean and need to live with someone who also takes initiative to clean up after themselves.
