There is more than one empty room in the house. So you can decide what’s better for you. You would have access to the entire house/yard. Walking distance to the hospital, bus stop,Henderson lake, and mayor magrath. Not far from the college. There is a ridiculous amount of space for storage and parking. There’s a pool table, fire pit, trampoline in a really big yard, air conditioning etc.

About the roomies

My name is Brad and im 35. I work full time, quite often out of town so I’m gone alot. The neighborhood is super quiet have had no issues since moving here. The yard is really nice, I live clean. Possibly would consider a pet depending on the situation
