About the room

Looking for an MRU student to share this spacious 980 sq ft condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering plenty of comfort and personal space. The living area includes a large full kitchen and a comfortable living room, with all common areas already fully furnished—you’ll only need to bring your own bedroom furniture and personal kitchen supplies. For added convenience, in-suite laundry is also included.

Heat and water are both included in the rent, while internet and electricity costs will be split equally between roommates. For vehicle owners, street parking passes can be purchased directly through the City of Calgary. The lease runs from September 1st through the end of April, making it a perfect match for the academic school year.

You’ll be sharing the condo with a quiet, respectful 24-year-old male MRU student who is currently in his final year of the Psychology program. When he’s not studying, his interests include gaming, cooking, reading, and unwinding around the apartment.

The current roommate is male, 24 years old, Mount Royal University student - final year Psych program. Potential roommate should be MRU student as well.
