Looking for a clean, respectful and quiet person to share my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 1 female and an indoor cat.

No partying, smoking/vaping or illicit drugs at all. Room is furnished with queen bed, nightstand, dresser, desk & chair. Has a large closet for storage.

Monthly rent: $950

Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Street parking only (lots available). Sorry, no additional pets allowed; must like cats

You’ll share the house with me and Pepper, my 3 year old, indoor cat. I work from home, am quiet, like cooking, tea and going to farmer’s markets.
