Seeking a 3rd roommate in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house. Your bedroom would be on the main floor of the house, and is a fairly large bedroom with closet. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room would be shared on the main floor as well as the laundry which is downstairs where one tenant currently resides. Each person’s rent would be $542.33 for a total monthly rent of $1627 total and will be e-transferred directly to the landlord of the house. The house is pet friendly and currently a dog (mini dachshund) lives in the house.
The house is located on a quiet street just off of Grant Avenue. It is close to all amenities: grocery stores, gyms, movie theatres, restaurants, and the Corydon strip is a 5-10 minute walk away. The backyard is decently sized, fully enclosed and contains a fire pit and a detached garage that is currently used for storage. There is parking in the front on the street or a parking space in the back lane. There is a study room (see pictures) for someone to use if they are in school. Upstairs living room, study room, and kitchen are all fully supplied and furnished.
We are currently looking for a studious, quiet, clean, organized, mature, and financially responsible individual to move into the spare bedroom upstairs; someone that can help out with yard duties would be an asset (ie - mowing/shovelling, etc.).
The two roommates currently residing in the house are females who are quiet, responsible, clean, mature, friendly, and both work full-time.

You will be residing with myself and another female, Berea. Berea has her bedroom and living space in the basement and I have my bedroom upstairs. Berea and I both work full-time at our respective jobs. I work in the hospitality industry, I am active in the gym, and I am mature, organized, responsible, level headed and I communicate well with others. My friend is similar, extremely friendly, mature, and outgoing. I do have a 10 year old miniature dachshund that lives with me, who loves being on neighbourhood watch barking at people and other puppers walking by the house, but he is playful, energetic, and friendly.. He loves a good cuddle and/or some belly rubs!
