First and last month’s rent required. This is a basement apartment shared with two other tenants, each with their own private room. The shared spaces include a living room, kitchen, and bathroom (with a shower stall, no bathtub).
✅ One parking space is available for the basement apartment — currently not being used by either tenant. ✅ All utilities are included — heat, hydro, and water. ✅ Washer/dryer combo available in the apartment ✅ High-speed Gigabit Internet (1 Gbps) is also included. 🚫 No landlord on-site – the landlord lives off the property.
