Wellesley Street East

My current roommate will be moving out on October 1st and I will need someone who is willing to share my 1 bed 1 bath apartment in Downtown Toronto from October 1st, 2023. We could either share the room and the living room will be a common space or you could occupy a part of the living room with a partition. A more sensible option to me would be to share the bedroom and use the living room as a common space. Let me know if you’re comfortable with this please. I already have purchased a good tv, have a sofa and ac purchased so it becomes more convenient to spend time at home. I don’t mind anyone using these amenities since I want my future rommate to feel comfortable. There’s grocery stores right next to the apartment building . Food basics is a 2minute walk. The best part is that Shoppers drug mart, Freshco, No frills and Dollarama are all 8mins away by walk. There is even a (Circle K) gas station 2 minutes away by walk that is open 24/7. Hydro, Insurance and Wifi will be seperate bills apart from the rent will roughly adds up to 70$ extra.

I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that I am looking to share with someone since my current roommate is moving out. She found a job in Missisauga so she has to move there for her commute. I am open to male or female roommates. I live clean and would love to have a good bond with my roommate since that would make living together much easier. I am easy going and friendly would love someone similar as well.
