Elizabeth's room

Private furnished spacious bedroom with a separate powder room (toilet and sink), but not ensuite. Must be cat friendly, as we have a spayed female cat. Shared main bath with a shower/tub, bright kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, living room and outside gated yard. Looking for a tidy person who is willing to help with their fair share of maintaining upkeep. Close to White Rock beach, stores by car and nearby bus routes. Rent is due at beginning of month. Utilities are included.

My Roommate and I work during the day, various hours and days. We share a pet cat whom is indoors.
