The property location is in the heart of Winnipeg downtown at the glass house. So if you work in downtown it will be perfect for you. It’s a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony. The suite is luxurious and modern. Rent is $1550 per month. We split the monthly rent in half which will be $775 each per month. Rent includes water, in-suite laundry and access to amenities (gym, theatre, rooftop patio/pavilion). Tenants are responsible for paying for hydro, internet/cable and parking if needed (starting at $215/month through Indigo Parking) and the parkade is covered but not enclosed. Unfortunately the suite is not pet friendly.

I work most of the time during the days. Im outgoing and respectful. I’m Friendly, responsible, clean, mature and fun to be with. When I’m not working, you’ll catch me at the gym or out with friends. I try to travel at least once or twice a year. When I’m at home, I’ll be watching sports and movies on Netflix. I’m looking for a roommate who is friendly, outgoing, responsible, knows how to clean up after their selves and that has good taste in food!
