Notre condo est avantageusement localisé pour une étudiante sérieuse : à 600m de l’ÉTS; 1,6 km de l’UQAM; 1,7 km de McGill; 1,9 km de Concordia. À 2 min à pied du métro Square-Victoria-OACI. À 5 min de la gare centrale. L’appartement est très sécuritaire, il faut une puce pour entrer dans l’édifice. La chambre comprend un lit queen, un grand garde-robe et une bibliothèque. La salle de bain est semi-privée. L’espace commun comprend une grande télé, une table de salle à manger qui peut servir de table d’étude et une cuisine laboratoire complète. L’internet est diffusé par une borne hélix de Vidéotron. Il y a un petit gym dans l’édifice.

Nous sommes un couple de retraités très actifs qui ne seront pas souvent à la maison. Nous souhaitons rendre la deuxieme chambre de notre condo disponible à une étudiante sérieuse qui prendra soin de l’appartement comme si c’était chez ses parents.

We are a retired and sportives people who will not often be at home. We want to make the second room of our condo available to a serious student who will take care of the apartment as if it were at her parents’ house.
