Hello! I am currently looking for a live in tenant. At the moment I’m not sure about how long tenancy will be, I guess it will depend on your needs and mine. The reason I am asking for a female roommate is because I sometimes have a 12 year old daughter that lives with me. I am open to males… but I’m sorry that’s just where my current preference lays at the moment. I hope you understand.

So about me and my house: I am a full time home owner, I work very hard for a living and enjoy all of the benefits of my home. I am NOT a party person, I’m not loud but i am human so I do sometimes make a little noise. My daughter is here every second weekend but she’s super chill as well.

This house was built in 2012 and and I’ve been living here ever since. I collect antiques and have kind of an old fashioned Victorian aesthetic/vibe to the house. I will be renting a large one bedroom partially furnished and you will have your own bathroom. I’m not a total clean freak but I am tidy so you should be too.

So a little about me! I’m just a hard workin blue collar trades person who is super chill. I like the occasional beer, I don’t smoke, no drugs. I’m a super happy guy who just happens to be thinking of taking in the right roomie! Any questions you may have I don’t mind answering them! I love questions!
