We are looking for a submitter starting June 1 for four months (until end of September) with the option to extend for another year if it works out! The place is a four bedroom apartment in old ottawa east directly on the canal. It is a triplex in a beautiful old house. The room itself is $700/month + utilities. We have a dishwasher, washer, and a dryer in our apartment. The place is quite large itself. There is a separate sunroom we use as a tv room, a separate dining room, and a large balcony terrace that we plan on furnishing for the summer. The room is the smallest of the house but it has a very large walk in closet and a large built in dresser. It also has the only openable bedroom window so thats a huge plus. The 3 roommates who currently live in the apartment are all LGBT+ friendly, love to spend time together, and are very communicative. Two are students with part-time jobs and the other works full-time as a graphic designer. We are looking for someone who enjoys their own time but will also not hide in their room 100% of the time. We like to have board game nights or sit around and watch tv together. We also plan on spending lots of Sundays at the farmers market and coffee shops nearby.
