Grayson's room

Room in a quirky mid 20th century building. The apartment is on the second floor of a triplex in old Ottawa east. The place has one bathroom, laundry machine and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and microwave with new appliances( they’re redoing the kitchen). It has a nice big balcony and lots of shared space as well. All the shared spaces are furnished so only bedroom furniture required.

The room listed isn’t the biggest. It also doesn’t have the biggest window. But it has a massive closet with a quirky built in dresser. Really worth its value for the apartment. Also, the roommates are really sweet. Let me know if you want pics or any more info.

I’m a student who works at a restaurant and my friend Tommy is a graphic designer. We love hockey and spend lots of time in our shared space together. Josh is a masters student at Carleton.
