I’m a 31 yr old young professional, living in a spacious corner unit at the luxurious well residence with an unobstructed CN tower view and looking for a clean, understanding, non smoker female to share for a 6 month-term, my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with . The building is newly constructed and has brand new appliances. We have 24 hr/concierge. Amenities include gym, yoga room, dining lounge, BBQ area, and roof top terrace as well as monthly events held at the buildings. Move in date would be Oct 1st,2023 until end of my lease contract on April 29th,2024.

I’m an architectural designer and work from the office 3 times a week ( 2 days from home). I like hosting gatherings and socializing from time to time at my place. I’m very clean and usually busy with my own work. I’m a very active person and usually not home since I spend more time outdoors or at the office.
