The move-in date is September 1st, given the application and agreement get back to me in a timely fashion.

Ideally, because of school starting up, the move-in date at the latest would be the 15th, as my schedule becomes increasingly busy past that date.

I am looking to share a 2 bed and 1 bath apartment located close to the Universities and downtown. I am a 24-year-old graduate student who is entering the last term of my program. I generally keep to myself and adorn a fairly busy schedule. I am big on cooking, the gym, and spending my free time winding down playing games or being out.
