The room is a good size and faces west with a large window that let’s in a lot of natural light. The bathroom is a shared bathroom which should work well with only two people in the unit.

Located near 17th Ave SW and 14th St. the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs and is close to multiple bus lines and less than a 15 minute walk to both the Downtown West–Kerby and Sunalta LRT stations. There are three grocery stores within a 10 minute walk and a fourth within a 15 minute walk.

I prefer to send pictures privately, but I tend to keep my place fairly tidy, clean, and uncluttered and I live in a well maintained condo building with fewer than 50 units.

Note that if parking is required you’ll need to get a parking permit from the City of Calgary which currently costs $75 per month.
