Shore Street

The room is a large, roughly 10 by 14 foot, room with a nice closet, a twin sized bed with storage drawers underneath it, and a nightstand. The bathroom is right outside the room. It is the guest washroom, so any visitors would also use that, but it will be yours to predominantly use and maintain. I do have my own washroom that I use entirely myself. The rest of the condo unit has an ensuite washing machine and dryer, a furnished living room, a decent sized kitchen with lots of counter space. The condo also has a 30 foot balcony and I have a smoker/grill that is available for use, as well as a pizza oven that can be used. I have two cats and that is the maximum allowable pets in the unit.

The bed pictured is actually pictured in the master bedroom (mine), but is the bed in the bedroom for rent.

The condo building is located very close to a Superstore (about 500 meters) and at the corner of Bison and Pembina, so very close to major bus lanes and the University of Manitoba campus.

I’m a laid back 28 man. I like to play video game regularly and keep to myself. I like to be clean and keep the place pretty clean. I used to work night shifts so I know how to be quiet when other people are around and am fairly quiet in general. I also always down to hang out if I’m available to do that.
