Looking for a roommate to take the second room in a 2 bedroom apartment downtown. The room is unfurnished, has a walk through closet and ensuite bathroom unfortunately no parking. Rent is 1250 which includes internet, hydro is split 50/50. The suite is quite spacious and the building has a sauna and small gym. Due to strata rules, I am not able to accept any more pets :( looking to rent July 1 or August 1 The building is located next to London Drugs, Market on Yates, Moxies and Bin 4. The common areas are furnished.
I am in my early 30’s and work full time downtown as well as some evenings. I like to keep busy, hiking, running, anything social but I also like my downtime. I also have a 7 year old golden doodle who is extremely friendly. See less
