About the room
The room is one of three in our basement suite, it has a south-facing window for lots of sunshine in the summer months. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped, but you will be required to furnish the room itself. We are located in North Glenora, a quick 5-minute bus ride or pleasant 15-minute walk to Westmount Mall with all the essentials! There is a bus stop located directly in front of the house, and it is a 10-minute bus ride to both the University of Alberta, as well as MacEwan University.
About the roomies
I am a single man who works construction, so I am gone during the day Monday through Friday. When I am not working I enjoy going to the gym, going out to see friends, taking dance classes, playing basketball on the weekends, binging t.v, or reading. I have had quite a few different roommates over the years, and my motto is keep my side of the street clean. The best quality in a roommate is someone who cleans up after themself :) If you fit this bill, and you have good vibes, please apply!
