The room is one of three in our basement suite, it has a south-facing window for lots of sunshine in the summer months. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped, but you will be required to furnish the room itself. We are located in North Glenora, a quick 5-minute bus ride or pleasant 15-minute walk to Westmount Mall with all the essentials! There is a bus stop located directly in front of the house, and it is a 10-minute bus ride to both the University of Alberta, as well as MacEwan University.

We’re a group of three easygoing male students, and we’re looking for another like-minded guy to complete our harmonious living setup. If you’re a responsible and chill individual who enjoys a 420-friendly environment, gaming, and the odd debate of a pointless subject, you’ll fit right in!
