• Move in dates are flexible, but ideally move in would be in the first week of October
• Apartment is located in downtown Vancouver and is walking distance to the Yaletown and Granville Station. The apartment is also located near many restaurants, coffee shops and is walking distance from the beach and seawall.
• Utilities not included in the rent and will need to be paid separately (internet, hydro).
