Currently one person living in house who lives there during work days and leaves on days off. The house is furnished, well kept and in a great neighborhood. Your portion of the rent would be 1400.00 plus utilities. A single person or couple would work quite nicely. You would be responsible for taking care of the lawn and taking over the utilities, but the utilities would be shared between you and the other roommate.

Dale, the fellow that lives there is in his 50’s and uses the place to sleep and eat. He is living in Creston, but works at Teck and spends all of his days off in Creston. An all around good guy.
