Just signed the lease on this beautiful 2 bed in the Trinity Bellwoods neighbourhood and I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom! The lease officially starts September 20, so that would be the earliest move-in date. The apartment will be mostly entirely furnished except for your room. The apartment is the second floor of a house on a nice street, minutes away from College and Dundas and tons of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, shops, LCBO, and of course Trinity Bellwoods park!! It’s a 19 minute streetcar straight down college to UofT campus, or a 12 minute bike. We also get to share the backyard and front porch with the other tenants below us! There is no in-unit washer/dryer, but the laundromat is a 5 min walk. All utilities (except for wifi, which should be around $25 per person) are included!! Room is pretty spacious with a closet. Open to short-term (4 month min) and year-long leases!! Also note all the furniture in the pictures are the current tenant’s, but he’s selling all of it so if you are interested in buying any of it lmk and I can send you the list he made of all the items & prices!!

Hi! My name is Nicole and I’m a physics student at UofT. You will be living with me and my sweet and playful cat, Pluto. I’m pretty clean and easy-going, and I’m looking for someone who is also similarly clean and easy-going!! While I usually don’t have a lot of free time between school & work during the semester, when I can find time I really enjoy socializing with friends, having people over for dinner/movies, reading, going for long walks, yoga, and checking out music events in the city!! As for Pluto, he’s a 4 year old black cat who is extremely sociable and playful, loves attention, cuddles, and playtime, and has won over the hearts of all my previous roommates.
