SHORT TERM RENTAL- 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment! 1st to 30th September

Rent: 1600 CAD for month of September

Hi folks!

My roommate is going to the US for month and I am subletting the room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 3 storey apartment block, near Greenwood and Gerrard intersection. Its is 20 mins to downtown by 506 streetcar and 10 min walk to both Queen street East (501 streetcar and buses) and Danforth (green line station- greenwood). The street is very safe even past 1 AM and has a lot of restaurants and parks nearby. The beach is a 20 minute walk.

The room is fully furnished including bed, bedding, desk, chair, mirror and fan and ample storage. My roommate is leaving behind everything as is. The apartment has 1 shared washroom and you will be sharing it with me. The house is equipped with pretty much everything else.

The rent includes- internet, utilities, cookware and dinnerware, and everything in the room.

Female roommate preferred!

A little about me- I am a recent masters graduate and now a working professional (hybrid) in my mid-20s. I am very friendly and respectful of the other persons space. I love to cook, and feed others too! 😁 I am very chill and easy to make friends with.
