Furnished room on the 2nd floor of a semi-detached house. It has a single bed, desk, chair, spacious closet and bedside table. Shared bathroom with one other person. The main floor has a kitchen and living room. The dining area opens up into a backyard. Laundry is in the finished basement.

The home is in a family friendly neighbourhood, close to Taunton and Audley. It is within walking distance of the Audley Rec Centre which has a library, pool, gym, park and ball diamonds. There is a walking/ cycling path nestled in between green space that extends from Taunton to Kingston Rd. Deer Creek Golf Club is very close, as well as a grocery store, restaurants and banks.

Travel by transit is very easy with bus routes 915 and 216.

I am a single mother with two sons, ages 19 and 17. We all work and/ or go to school. We get along very well, respecting each other’s space while also enjoying each other’s company. We are non-smokers.

A person who is busy with their own life/ schedule, doesn’t smoke, is mostly quiet, clean and doesn’t work from home would be most suitable to living with us.

I am looking for a professional who works full time or a responsible student. This person must be mature emotionally and financially. This person must be able to live independently and harmoniously with others. This person does not have any substance abuse problems and is reliable, courteous and clean.
