Commercial Drive

Hey everyone,

My name is Matt and I am looking for a roommate to move into a spacious and recently renovated apartment in East Van on September 1st or ASAP after that date.

Total rent for the apartment is $3500/month, we split it equally ($1167 + utilities). There is an in-suite washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We also have a big balcony.

There’s decent street parking available as well as a parkade across the street. We are also a 10 minute walk from the Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain station. Everything you need is within a block: grocery store, gym, pharmacy, amazing restaurants, cafes, grassy parks, etc.

I am 25 years old, from Victoria, and moved to Vancouver just over a year ago. I like cooking, reading, brewery patios, trying new restaurants, live music, movies, hiking in the summer, I plan to pick up skiing this winter, and generally trying new things.

Things that are important to me:
