About the room
Hello! Due to a change of city I have to leave my room.
ONLY FOR STUDENTS
The apartment is located 5 minutes away from Sherbrook station, 8 minutes away from Saint Laurent station, 10 minutes from metro supermarket, 2 steps from cafes, restaurants, bars. The park La Fontaine at 15 minutes, Mont Royal at 10 minutes and Place des arts at 10 minutes.
The apartment has 3 rooms, 1 of which serves as a studio/office and the other 2 would be the private rooms.
The room you would be renting, has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a closet, lamp and a large window that allows plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, there are other appliances that are my roommate’s and that we normally share.
As you can see in the photos, the living room and dining room have access to a back balcony, which is beautiful in summer because there are trees, vines, which makes the apartment cool.
The studio has 2 desks and their respective chairs.
The bathroom has a washer, dryer and enough drawers to store your personal items.
In case you need more space, the apartment has a closet in the hallway to store your winter coats.
To the rent you must add hydro and internet. Hydro is normally $45 per month in winter and $25 in summer (but the bill arrives every 2 months). Internet would be about $26 per month.
As I am transferring my lease, the larlord must accept you and may ask for some documents. The lease runs until May 2024 but you will be able to renew once it ends.

About the roomies
As for your new roommate, his name is Leo. He is an international business student from McGill, he is organized, respectful, sociable. We usually have our moments of conversation on our balcony or go out to eat at some restaurant, etc. We both like to keep the apartment clean, so that has never been a problem for me during our living together.
