Huge private bedroom and living space in centrally located Hillside/Cookstreet area!

This bright, beautiful and big space is well furnished w couches, tv, mini fridge, queen size bed and linens and on its own floor for privacy. You are welcome to add or remove furniture and/or decor to your taste. You will also have access to your own bathroom and access to shared laundry and kitchen area.

This room is rented on a month to month basis but definitely open to exploring longer stays. (The room is not available Dec. 15-January 15).

Busy family home :) with two kiddos, 9 and 7 years old, and two dogs. No smoking or vaping family home.

Our bedrooms are located three floors away so you will have lots of privacy. There is a mini fridge in the space and you are more than welcome to add a microwave or kettle.
