Hello! We are looking for a third roommate to fill 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment!

– Its a large corner apartment with a balcony on the 5th floor – Room for rent is a spacious bedroom with a large window – Remainder of apartment is fully furnished!

• Rent is $725 a month and includes everything except internet – 8 min bus to Brock, 10 min walk to bus stop
• 5 min drive to Brock by car – parking $10/month – Building has laundry room, pool, gym, games room
• Building is very close to the Pen Centre (5 min drive)
• Building is also pet friendly :)

We’re two Brock university students, and we are both fairly quiet and relaxed. Looking for a third roommate who would fit in well in that environment , aka introverted/home bodies. We’re both part of the LGBTQ community, in our early 20s, and enjoy watching movies and just hanging out.
