Hi, I am looking to rent out my room for the month of September and onwards as I have to fly back to England. It is $50 a day (1500/30) and available immediately for September. The room is also available long term after this for $1,500 a month. The deposit would also be depend on what you’re looking for - for longer term it would be the last month’s rent. It is in a great building with an amazing landlord
